- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup vermicelli
- 1 cup bulgar
- 2 cups chicken or beef broth
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Break vermicelli into very small pieces. In a heavy skillet, melt butter, then add vermicelli. Saute until lightly browned, stirring to prevent scortching. Add bulgur and saute 30 seconds longer. Add broth, cover and bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat or until liquid is absorbed. Stir occasionally
