This is a great, colorful salad that is perfect forthe summer.

• 1 small box of Orzo
• 1 bunch of fresh spinach
• 3 bunches of green onions
• Toasted pine nuts
• 2 small containers of feta cheese
• Generous portion of ground black pepper
• 1 bottle of Gazebo Room Lite dressing
