  • Sauce:
  • Bananas, cut in half and sliced lengthwise and sprinkled with lemon juice
  • 4 Tbs. butter
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup dry red wine

Step 1

Make crepes, fill with 1/4 banana roll and place in a buttered baking dish. Combine sauce ingredients in saucepan and boil, then simmer gently for 10 - 15 minutes. Pour the syrup over the crepes and bake at 350 for 10 - 15 minutes.
