Garlic Spareribs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp HP sauce
  • garlic, salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Bake at 350 degrees for 3/4 hour covered. 3/4 houru uncovered. Or, pre-boil ribs, then bake with sauce until heated through and thickened.
