Ingredients
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup horseradish, drained
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 to 2 pounds medium shrimp
- 1 basket grape tomatoes
- 1 6 ounce can pitted black olives
- 1 8 ounce can water chestnuts
- 1 6 ounce can whole mushrooms
- 1/2 head cauliflower, cut in bite size pieces

Preparation
Step 1
Mix mayonnaise with seasonings . Add other ingredients except cauliflower. Best made early day of serving or night before. Add cauliflower just before serving.
