Creamy Mashed Potato Bake

Ingredients

• 1 1/3 c French's fried onions
• 3 c hot mashed potatoes
• 1 c sour cream
• 1/4 c milk
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 1 c shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Combine mashed potatoes, sour cream, milk, and garlic powder in large bowl.
Mix well.
Spoon 1/2 the mixture into 2-qt baking dish.
Sprinkle with 2/3 c fried onions and 1/2 c cheese.
Top with remaining potato mixture.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 until hot.
Top with remaining onions and cheese.
Bake 5 minutes until onions are golden brown.
