Ingredients
- * 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 12 strips
- * Vegetable oil cooking spray
- * 2 tablespoons lowfat mayonnaise
- * 2 tablespoons 2 percent Greek yogurt
- * 1, 1/3 red onion, chopped
- * 2 teaspoons light brown sugar
- * 2 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Soak 12 wooden, 6-inch skewers in water for 30 minutes. Heat grill over high heat. Thread a chicken strip onto each skewer. Coat chicken with cooking spray; season with salt and pepper. Grill, turning once, until cooked through, 10 to 12 minutes. Dipping sauce: Whisk mayo, yogurt, onion, sugar and soy sauce in a bowl.
