Ingredients
- 1 8oz pkg of noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 T. butter
- 3 8oz cans tomato sauce
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 8oz cream cheese
- 1¼ T. chopped green bell pepper
- 2 T. butter
- ½ cup chopped green onions
Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles and drain. Brown meat in butter; add tomato sauce. Combine cheeses, sour cream, onion and green pepper. In a buttered 2 quart casserole spread half the noodles then all of the cheese mixture, remainder of noodles and top with meat mixture. Drizzle 2 T. butter over the top and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until meat has browned and casserole is heated through.
