  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar (can also substitute with agave)
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • OPTIONAL ADD-INS: chopped macadamia nuts, slivered almonds, chopped cashews, Craisins, or shredded coconut (generally ½ cup of each, or to your preference.



Step 1

Mix together all of the ingredients then spread mixture out on a baking sheet (using parchment paper makes clean-up easy). Bake in oven at 325 degrees, stirring with a spatula at 10 minutes and 15 minutes. Bake for a total of 20 minutes or until mixture is golden on the edges. Allow to cool.
