Ingredients

  • 2 Baking Potato's
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • salt & pepper
  • 1/4 t celery seed
  • 1/4 cup splenda
  • 3 T cornstarch

Preparation

Step 1

Bake potato's in the microwave

slice into dish

Combine water, vinegar, salt & pepper, celery seed in a glass measuring cup, bring to a boil in the microwave.

Mix cornstarch with a little water for thickening, add a little at a time to the water/vinegar mixture.

Pour on sliced potatoes and serve.
