Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 pkt. slivered almonds (lightly toasted) -not sliced
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 white cabbage shredded
- 1/2 red cabbage shredded
- (I use 1/2 and 1/2 cabbage)
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar ( I try to use less sugar, so I use 1/3 cup - I have also tried 1/4 cup, but that changes the flavor, not as tasty)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 vegetable cubes (I use McCormick's, no MSG)
Preparation
Step 1
Dressing: Place all dressing ingredients in blender for 30 secs.
Mix Dressing and all Salad ingredients.
