Ingredients

  • 4 T olive oil
  • 2 T lime juice
  • 1/4 t lime peel
  • 1/2 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 1 lb sea scallops, halved
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium avocado, sliced
  • 1 medium mango, slice
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced

Step 1

Whisk together 3 T olive oil, lime juice and peel, garlic, 1/4 t sald and pepper. Set aside

Combine scallops, remaining sald and pepper. Toss to coat.
