Ingredients
- 6 cups sliced cucumbers
- 1 cup thin sliced onions
- 1 Tablespoon salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. Slice cucumbers and onions, add salt and place in sealed container to sweat for 2 hours
2. In sauce pan, cook sugar, vinegar and celery seed until boiling
3. Pour over cucumbers, cover and refrigerate for 2 days.
