Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 12 sweet potatos or 3 cups mashed
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 beaten eggs
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 1/2 cup evaporated milk
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1 cup chopped nuts
• 1/3 cup melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mash and mix all ingredients, pour in buttered baking dish. Cook at 375 for 45 mins.

Topping: Crumble on top and bake.
