  • 1/4 C. butter
  • 1 chicken, cut up
  • 1/3 C lemon juice
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 1/8 t garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in 13x9x2 pan.

Rinse and pat dry the chicken. Roll in butter and place skin side down; set aside.

In small bowl mix lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic. Baste chicken and bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn and bast. Bake until done. Spoon juices over chicken and serve.
