Cheeseburger Pie

1 lb ground beef
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup chopped bell peppers
2 cups Bisquick
3 eggs

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1 cup cheddar cheese
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 1 coup chopped bell peppers
• 2 cups Bisquick
• 3 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat with onions and peppers. Drain.
Mix Bisquick, salt, pepper, eggs, and milk.
Grease bottom and sides of 9 x 13" pan.
Spread meat in pan.
Sprinkle cheese over meat
Pour batter over cheese.
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
