Ingredients
- chicken breasts 4 boneless
- pasta 1/2 pound
- olive oil 1 teaspoon
- onion 1 medium chopped
- garlic 2 cloves finely minced
- chicken broth 2/3 cup or white wine
- bell pepper 1 cut in strips (red, green or yellow)
- italian stewed tomatoes 1 (14-ounce) can
- Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons
- bay leaves 2
- black pepper
- cornstarch 1 teaspoon with 3 tablespoon cold water

Preparation
Step 1
Boil pasta according to package directions
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet
Add vegetables (not garlic) to skillet, cover and cook for 3 minutes
Slice chicken into strips
Add chicken, tomatoes, broth, garlic, worcestershire sauce, bay leaves, and black pepper
Stir cover and cook on high for 9 minutes, stirring occasionally
Turn heat down to medium, add cornstarch mixture a little at a time until thicken
Serve over pasta
