Mar's Minestrone

I think I may have co-opted some of this recipe from Betty Crocker's cookbook.

Ingredients
- 1 32 oz. container of beef broth (or vegetable)
- 1 32 oz. container of chicken broth (or vegetable)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 8 celery stalks, sliced
- 5 medium carrots, peeled & sliced
- 2 elephant cloves of garlic, sliced (or double if regular)
- 4 small-medium zucchini, chopped
- 1 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1 15 oz. can Northern beans, rinsed & drained
- 1 15 oz. can light red kidney beans, rinsed & drained
- (**can switch out the beans to different ones if prefer**)
- 1/2 (or more) 12 oz. bag of frozen green peas
- 1/2 bag of 16 oz. frozen okra
- 1 12 oz. bag of small shells ("shell-roni")
- 1 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 8 dashes of Worchestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
1. Put broth, all the vegetables except the zucchini and frozen ones, the beans, pasta, Worchestershire sauce and spices into dutch oven on medium-high heat.
2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Then add the rest of the ingredients and bring back to a boil and simmer for 10 to 15 more minutes.
