Miso Marinade

  • 3 tablespoons white miso
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons murin
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together the miso, mustard, Sriracha, murin, ginger and vinegar. Taste for seasoning; add a few more drops of Sriracha for a spicier dish. Best with fish and tofu.

Makes 1/2 cup.
