Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 1 large clove garlic, finely chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients. Spread rub evenly on 1 lb boneless meat or 2 1/2 lbs 1/2 inch thick pork chops(about 8). Cover and refrigerate at least 30 min or up to 24 hours. Cook meat as desired.
