Asparagus with Raspberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1 lb. asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2" lengths
- 2 tbsp. raspberry wine vinaigrette
- 4 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. chopped chives
- 2 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted (opt.)
Preparation
Step 1
Steam or boil asparagus until tender, about 2 min.; drain. In a large bowl, whisk the vinegar, oil, sugar and salt. Add the asparagus and toss to coat. Sprinkle with the chives and sesame seeds.
