Chicken and Cream of Mushroom

Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed Cream of Mushroom
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 lb cubed chicken breast
  • 1 cube of Chicken bouillon
  • rice

Preparation

Step 1

Brown chicken in pan.
Add cream of mushroom, rotel, and 1 can of water, chicken bouillon and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve over rice.
