Ingredients
- 4 oz. goat cheese
- 1/4 cup apricot jam or marmalade
- 1/4 cup pistachio nuts
- Fresh thyme
Preparation
Step 1
Place the goat cheese on a platter. In a small bowl, heat the apricot jam in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Pour over the goat cheese.
Top with pistachio nuts and fresh chopped thyme. Serve with crackers or fruit.
