• 3 c. sifted powdered sugar divided
• 1/3 c. soft butter
• 1/8 t. salt
• 1/8 t. peppermint extract
• 1/4 c. milk

Step 1

Combine 1 cup of the sugar, butter, salt and peppermint extract. Beat until light and fluffy. Blend in remaining sugar alternately with milk.
