Blender Mousse

Ingredients

• 1/4 c sugar
• 1/2 c water
• 3 egg yolks
• 6 oz choc chips
• 1 1/2 c whip cream

Preparation

Step 1

boil sugar and water 3 mins
put in blender add yolks and choc chips
fold into whipped cream
