  • Cake:
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup solid packed pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Filling:
  • 1 cup powder sugar
  • 1 (8oz) pack cream cheese
  • 4 TBLS butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla


Preparation time 45mins
Cooking time 60mins


Step 1


Beat eggs 5 minutes on medium speed and slowly add sugar. Beat and add rest of ingredients. Using a jellu roll pan line with wax paper. Make sure to butter and grease wax paper. Pour mixture onto wax paper and spread evenly. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Turn onto sugared towel and roll cake from small end. Turn towel to allow to cool evenly. After cooled completly unroll and spread filling and then reroll and chill.


Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Spread onto cooled cake role.
