Ingredients
- Cheese Cake:
- 3 8oz. packages cream cheese
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- Topping:
- 1 pint sour cream
- 8 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs and blend in softened cream cheese
Add sugar, vanilla, and lemon extract
Spread over graham cracker crumb crust (recipe on box of graham cracker crumbs) DON'T BAKE CRUST!
Bake at 350 degrees for 17-20 minutes or until knife comes clean
cover 20 minutes before putting on topping
Spread on topping and bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes
