Marinated Vegetables

Ingredients

  • Marinade:
  • 1 can Le Suer peas or 1/2 pkg frozen
  • 1 can shoepeg corn or 1/2 pkg frozen
  • 1 can French cut green beans or 1/2 pkg frozen
  • 1 jar pimento, chopped
  • 1 good size onion, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and drain (or thaw) all of the above. Heat and stir until hot. While hot, pour marinade over vegetables and marinated at least two days.

Will keep a week or two or more.l
