- 8 scallops
- 1/2 cup zinfandel white wine
- 2 tbsp chopped onions
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- plain crackers
- 1 clove garlic, minced

Step 1
rinse scallops briefly and cut large ones in half. Place scallops in a baking dish and pur the zinfandel wine over them. Sprinkle with chopped onions, garlic and crumbled crackers. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 15 minutes in over at 350 degrees. Garnish with fresh parsley.
