Custard Creams

Same author as the Ginger Biscuits. Still don't recognize the handwriting.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. Marg.
  • 4 ozs Caster Sugar
  • 6 ozs Plain flour
  • 2 ozs Custard powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Preparation

Step 1

Cream Marg and sugar. Add remainder of ingredients and roll into small balls. Toss in caster sugar. Mark with fork.

Bake in moderate oven for 20 minues.
