My mom's crock pot recipe for Mac & Cheese. She usually put it in the crock on Sunday mornings to be ready for Sunday dinners. This recipe is perfect for family gatherings and large family meals.

  • 2 cups (8 oz.) of cooked and drained macaroni
  • 1/2 stick margarine or butter
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup evaporated mile (large can)
  • 3 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • paprika

Step 1

Grease your crock pot; mix all of the ingredients (save some cheese for the top); sprinkle saved cheese on top. Sprinkle paprika on top of cheese. Cook on low for 3 1/4 hours of high 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
