Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup pecans, toasted and chopped fine
- 4 teaspoons light molasses
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- pinch of salt
Preparation
Step 1
Using a stand mixer fitted with the whisk, whip the butter on medium speed until smooth, about 30 seconds. Add the pecans, molasses, sugar, vanilla and salt and whip until combined, about 15 seconds, then increase the speed to high and whip until very light and fluffy, about 2 minutes, scraping down the bowl as needed.
