- 2- 15 oz cans pinto beans-drained
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp red wine viegar
- 1 1/2 tsp minced fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
- lemon wedges

Combine all but lemon wedges, cover & chill, squeeze lemon over before serving.
