4 cheese quiche bites

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup parm cheese
  • 1-1/4 cup Kraft 4 cheese italiano cheese, shredded
  • 1 package fresh spinach, cooked well drained and chopped
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 small tomatoes, thinly sliced

Preparation

Step 1


Stir together all ingredients, except the tomatoes and 1/4 cup of the cheese. Pour into a lightly greased 9" square pan. Top with the tomatoes.

Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with the reserved cheese, cover and let stand for 15 minutes.

Cut into small squares.
