Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb new potatoes-cut into 1/2" slices
  • 1/3 cup italian dressing
  • 2 tbsp basalmic or cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp bacon bits

Step 1

Heat oven to 350, layer potatoes in 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. Stir together dressing, vinegar & onion, Pour over potatoes, sprinkle with bacon bits. Cover and bake 1 hour, stir before serving.
