• 1 chopped red pepper
• 1/3 cup chopped red onion
• 2 tbsp lime juice
• 2 tbsp cilantro-chopped
• 1 1/2 tbsp honey
• 3 jalapenos-chopped
• 1 tsp cumin
• pinch salt and pepper
• couple shakes hot pepper sauce
