Roasted red potatoes

  • Red Potato 2lbs
  • Olive oil 1/4 cup
  • Paprika, 1 tsp
  • Garlic, 6 cloves minced
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 lemon squeezed
  • 2 TBS parmsan cheese

Preparation time 15mins
Cooking time 65mins


Step 1

Cut potatoes in quarters and place in a 8x8 baking dish. Mix olive oil and add the rest of the ingredients and pour over potatoes and mix until all potatoes are covered. Sprinkle with cheese and cover with foil. Bake at 400 for 50 min uncover and bake for 10 minutes longer
