Step 1
Prepare corned beef according to instructions on package. Place fat side up on foil covered pan with lip around the edges. When cool enough to handle, cover top and sides generously with creole or spicy dijon mustard. Cover generously with brown sugar and bake in 350°F oven for about 20 minutes (or until brown sugar is bubbly).
