Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chopped dates
- dash salt
- powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients, except powdered sugar.
3. Place in a 9X9 pan, lined with foil, greased and floured. Bake for 20-30 minutes until lightly golden brown.
4. Cool completely. Cut into squares, and roll in powdered sugar.
