- 16 ounces prewashed spinach
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds

Preparation
Step 1
Rerinse spinach. Don't dry, place in large pot and clover. Cook on high, tossing until just wilted and bright green, approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer to serving bowl with slotted spoon. Mix rice vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil in cup. Pour over warm spinach and sprinkle seeds.
