Ingredients
- 1½ small cans green chilis (5 whole chilies)
- 6 egg yolks
- 2 cups cream
- ½ cup grated Jack cheese or white cheese
- 1 tsp. sugar
- Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Whirl all ingredients in blender. Bake in a 1 ½ quart buttered casserole in a 325 degree oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
