Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 C graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 C sifted XXX sugar
- 6 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Mix and pat into pie pan.
Preparation
Step 1
Layer vanilla ice cream over crust and freeze.
Preheat oven to 325-350 °F
Mix 4 egg whites until frothy. Add 1 tsp cream of tartar. Mix until stiff but not dry. Add 6 Tbsp sugar, one at a time. Add 1 Tbsp vanilla.
Layer over ice cream and put under broiler until browns (about 3 minutes)
Freeze.
Serve with hot fudge.
