VH® Recipes - Baked Tilapia with Roasted Asparagus and Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, sliced in half lengthwise
  • 1/2 lb asparagus, trimmed of tough ends and cut in half
  • 2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
  • 1/2 lb Tilapia fish (or Basa)
  • 1/3 cup VH® Medium Garlic Rib Sauce
  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • PAM® Cooking Spray

Tip: If desired, add extra flavor by sprinkling 2 tbsp each of finely chopped green onions and fresh cilantro on fish when it comes out of the oven.
