Ingredients

  • BASE
  • 1 1/2 c flour
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 c butter
  • TOPPING
  • 1/4 c melted butter
  • 1 c raisins
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c brown sugar
  • Chopped walnuts (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine base ingredients and press into a 9" square pan
Bake at 350 F for 10 min and cool 10 min before adding topping
To make topping:
Beat together the eggs and brown sugar until fluffy
Add remaining ingredients and pour over the base
Bake at 350 F for 25-30 min
