Ingredients
- Tomatoes (Roma or Campari)
Preparation
Step 1
Remove core from tomatoes and cut in half. Toss with sugar, salt, pepper, sliced garlic, chopped thyme, rosemary and 1 oz olive oil.
Place on sheet tray and bake in 175 °F overnight.
Note: not too much salt since natural salt from tomatoes will be brought out in slow heat
