Ingredients
- 8 ounce package Philadelphia cream cheese,
- room temperature
- 28 ounces dried fruit[use a combination of
- cherries and apples or the fruit of your
- choice]
- 1/2 cup each chopped walnuts and almonds
- [can substitute pecans, pistachios or
- hazelnuts]
Preparation
Step 1
Beat cheese with electric mixer until soft and
creamy.
Add dried fruit and beat until furit is evenly
distributed.
Put mixture in plastic wrap and form a log.
Chill until slightly firm'
Roll in chopped nuts, rewrap in plastic and
chill overnight.
Serve with crackers and apple slices.
