Ingredients
- 4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 c milk
- 4 eggs
- 8 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 c vinegar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 Tbsp butter
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the mustard with a small amount of milk to make a smooth paste
Add eggs and beat well
Add sugar and vinegar and beat well
Add remaining milk and salt
Put into a saucepan
Add butter and bring almost to a boil
Do not let it boil
Stir constantly until thick
Cool and put into a jar
Keeps well in the frig
