- 1 lb onion
- 2 oz ginger
- 12 oz shoyu (Kikkoman)
- 5.5 oz rice vinegar (Marukan)
- 3 pieces lemon

Step 1
Peel and dice onion and soak in in running water for 1 hour. Peel and slice ginger. Peel and juice lemon. Put all ingredients into a blender and grind until puree.
