Ingredients

  • 1 lb onion

  • 2 oz ginger

  • 12 oz shoyu (Kikkoman)

  • 5.5 oz rice vinegar (Marukan)

  • 3 pieces lemon

Directions

Peel and dice onion and soak in in running water for 1 hour. Peel and slice ginger. Peel and juice lemon. Put all ingredients into a blender and grind until puree. Enjoy
