  • 5.5 oz rice vinegar (Marukan)
  • 3 pieces lemon

Step 1

Peel and dice onion and soak in in running water for 1 hour. Peel and slice ginger. Peel and juice lemon. Put all ingredients into a blender and grind until puree.
