3 cup Tapioca pudding
2 Kiwi, peeled & sliced
1 11 oz can Mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup Toasted coconut flakes
8 Cherries
Mint sprigs

Preparation

Step 1

In each of 4 tall goblets, add 1/3 cup pudding. Place kiwi & oranges around inside of goblet. Add pudding to fill. Garnish with cherries, coconut & mint.
